      I have a stiff neck from an old injury; osteoarthritis in shoulder/neck; Acid Reflux; and use C-Pap at night. Because I can't lay my head flat and I have to elevate my upper body for acid-reflux, I use another pillow for added height under Tri-Core pillow to angle my head to fit in tri-core and to help with acid reflux. My cat, "Co-Co," also enjoys "napping" on the tri-core shape during the day.

            The tri-core pillow is great for back and side sleepers and offers wonderful neck support.

            Be warned it takes several days to get used to the pillow... you may wake several times throughout the night. Initially you may experience a tingling sensation in your fingers and toes, and have lower back pain. Once you get past the initiation period all your pains will dissolve! Several of my friends have this pillow and we all use it for different conditions, TMJ, migraines, headaches, spine curvature, herniated disks, and snoring.

            Only con is that the pillow only lasts between 4-6 months.
