these statements are printed, folded and the patient sends back the top portion with their payment. When folding, the perforation cuts right through making it a little difficult for mailing. This is the first time this has happened. Not sure what they did wrong.

I was a bit leery because of the review I read, while the paper is much thinner and more flimsy we didn't have a problem with printing large jobs. However, we don't use a paper folding machine so we didn't have a problem with the person manually folding our statements. Not as great as the last model but it will do.

The paper is thinner and does curl when printing , as the other review mentioned, it's easier to fold and the paper color is brighter.

I have been using this statement paper for years now. I have always been very happy with the statement paper. The credit card payment info on the back is a great help. BUT - On my last order the paper quality was changed for the worse. The paper is now more flimsy and curles when sent through the printer. I am not talking about a little bit of curling. The paper will curl so much that the top curles back and touches the bottom. It is hard to handle, fold, etc. I am not able to send it through our letter folding machine anymore. If the quality is not improved then I will no longer be able to use this paper.
