    Comments about Medical Arts Press NDC Lytec® Compatible Laser Statements; Style B:

    These forms are printed on VERY thin paper that will not go through a copy machine. On several attempts to print our statements, the second or third one would get stuck in the copy machine. We were forced to stop when one of them was jammed so bad we had to call the service people to get the paper jam out of the machine.
