These work fine for our office. They don't have heavy-duty weight, but are a very good value for the price and meet our needs (we don't need dividers, fasteners, etc. for our charts, which would cost a lot more).

We use these folders for patients' charts. They're pretty flimsy. I would not recommend long-term use. Otherwise, if you're looking for inexpensive and simple, this is your product.
