I was looking for a chair without arms at a budget price. It is hard to find chairs without arms in the stores. They had a special and good reviews. The chair is used by my secretary and she is very happy with it. I would have given it 5 stars if there were more adjustability, but those chairs are at least twice the price. Given all the factors this chair is the best value with the most important features. The only aspect I can't comment on is durability, since I have only had the chair for a couple of weeks.
