I am actually happy with this product but the little plastic part that covers the weld between legs on wheels and the vertical post was broken when the package arrived at my office. I asked for a replacement but was told first that I would have to send the whole thing back. I e-mailed to the effect that I wasn't going to do that, and I still won't. Then the vendor agreed to send me the part, but instead sent the metal vertical post! I am still waiting for a replacement for this simple plastic part.

These stools are great for exam rooms- our respiratory therapists use these everyday. They are sleek and sturdy. We ordered one a few months ago and just recently ordered a second one for another exam room. Great deal!

Inexpensive, but after couple of weeks of a moderate use as a lab chair, the cushion has sagged and slid on one side. Also the finish on the legs is easily scratched.Thus you get what you've paid for, alas.
